CSV Data File Import
Prior to performing a bulk import, you must first create a user account by visiting our Pricing page and clicking on the Get Started Today button.
The next step is to create and prepare your listing data file using the following template: bnbfinder® Bulk Import Listing Template
Creating and Preparing Your Listing Data File
The data file is what we will use to bulk import and create your listings. Below are some important notes to keep in mind when creating/editing your data file.
- The file must be properly formatted CSV and saved using UTF-8 character encoding.
- The first row of the CSV file is the header row and must be included in the file - do not make changes to the field identifiers in Row 1 from the template as this could cause errors during the import process.
- The header row must include any required fields from the table below.
- Empty columns of data will override any existing data for that field.
- For any TRUE/FALSE fields:
- TRUE = YES
- FALSE = NO
- The table below does not include all amenities available for your listings on bnbfinder® and once the listings are created, you will be able to manually select additional amenities and add more property details through the Manage Your Properties dashboard.

Submitting Your Data File to Us for Bulk Import
Once your data file has been created and saved in the proper format, the next step is to send it to us via email. Please email your completed CSV file to support@bnbfinder.com.
Our team will review your data file and verify that all required fields have been completed. We will then import your data file to create your listings and upon successful import, the listings will be visible on the Manager Your Properties page.
Once the listings have been created, you will be able to review each listing, make edits/changes, add additional details/amenities, select your listing level(s) and publish your listings to make them live on bnbfinder®. Please refer to these additional help articles for more information on making edits and publishing your listing(s).
Savings for Multiple Listings
We may be able to offer special savings for multiple listings. If you’d like more information on pricing, please contact our sales team at sales@bnbfinder.com before emailing your data file to us. Our team will review pricing and assist with the bulk import process.
