Unlike other gift card programs out there, bnbfinder® does not charge a commission on top of other fees when you redeem a gift card. Instead, bnbfinder® charges a simple processing fee per gift card redemption. The service fee is based on the listing level for that property - as shown below:

Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum listing members have the option to reduce the 10% service fee down to 3.5% by adding a bnbfinder® badge to their property's website.

Important Notes:
- Members wishing to have their processing fee reduced to 3.5% can send an email to support@bnbfinder.com with a link to their property's website. Our team will confirm that the bnbfinder® badge is present and update the service fee in the system accordingly.
- Free Listing members are not eligible to have the service fee reduced to 3.5%.
- Members that opt to receive gift card payments via ACH will incur no additional fees.
- Members that opt to receive gift card payments via a mailed check will incur a $25 check processing fee, in addition to the standard service fee.
