Redeeming a bnbfinder® gift card has never been easier!
Gift card redemptions can be submitted via the 'Gift Card Redemption' page by following the steps below:
- Login to your Property Manager Account
- Once logged in, click on 'Manager Your Properties' and then navigate to the 'Billing' page.
- Once you're on the 'Billing' page, scroll to the Gift Card Redemptions section and click the 'HERE' link - this will take you to the gift card redemption page.
- Select your listing from the drop down menu and enter the following information:
- Gift Card Number
- Amount to be Redeemed
- Notes (optional)
- Click the "Redeem" button and you're done!
*Please note that gift card numbers are case-sensitive and be sure to also include any hyphens in the gift card number.
Once received, our team will review your request and send you a confirmation email within 1 business day.
Submitting Your Redemption Request via Email
If you are unable to access your Innkeeper Dashboard or would prefer to submit your gift card redemption request via email, please email the following information to support@bnbfinder.com:
- Your Property's Name
- Gift Card Number
- Amount to be Redeemed
- Invoice Notes (optional)
Once received, our team will review your request and send you a confirmation email within 1 business day.
First Time Redemptions
If you are submitting a gift card redemption to us for the first time and we do not have payment information for you on file, our team will reach out within 1 business day of receiving your request with instructions on how to provide us with your banking information - so that we are able to send you electronic payment(s). If you choose to receive payments via check, you can let our team know when we reach out to confirm your payment information.
Missing Payment Information
Please note that if we are unable to obtain the information needed to process your gift card redemption, our team will not be able to send you payment. Our goal is to get you paid as quickly as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to reach you, however, if we are unable to get the information we need, then payment may be delayed. Most of our communication is done via email so please be sure to check your spam or junk folders for emails from us.
