bnbfinder® offers members two methods of receiving payments for gift card redemptions: ACH Payments and Mailed Check Payments.
ACH Payments - Fastest and Easiest!
Electronic payments from bnbfinder® are processed using Stripe®, bnbfinder®’s trusted 3rd party payment partner. In order to receive electronics payments via ACH, members will need to provide the following information to bnbfinder® via a secure online form:
- Bank Routing Number
- Bank Account Number
- Tax ID Number (for tax reporting purposes)
To receive ACH payments from bnbfinder®, please Submit a Request or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will reply with a secure link to submit your information. This is a one-time setup so submitting your information to us will only need to be done once, at the time of your first redemption.
Members who do not wish to submit their information via the secure online form, may instead download the ACH Deposit Authorization and W-9 forms below and email the completed documents to email@example.com.
Mailed Check Payments
bnbfinder® can also process gift card redemption payments by paper check. Checks will be mailed via standard USPS mail - tracking not available at this time. To receive gift card redemptions by mailed check, please complete the following W-9 form and email the complete document to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Members who opt to receive gift card redemptions payments via a mailed check will incur a $25.00 check processing fee. If multiple redemptions are submitted during the same processing period, only one check processing fee will apply. This fee will be in addition to any applicable gift card redemption service fees as outlined here.
Payment Processing Times
Payments for gift card redemptions will be processed within 15 business days of the request received date.
- ACH Payments = Payments are released from bnbfinder® the same day that they are processed and most payments will usually appear in your account within 2-3 business days of the processing date.
- Mailed Check Payments = Checks will be sent via standard USPS mail and may take up to 5 business days to arrive from the processing date. Tracking is currently not available for mailed checks.
Updating Your Payment Method
Please note that we may ask you to complete and submit an updated ACH Deposit Authorization Form or W-9 Form in order to update your payment deposit information.
Updating information about your account is very important. These updates help protect against fraud and keep your account current with global Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Processing Delays: Please note that failure to submit all required documents in a timely manner may delay processing times.
